Projects
The LEGS program is comprised of four entities: Prosthetic Technology, Small Plot Irrigation, Visual Literacy, and Food Preservation. The Prosthetic Technology program has been in existence since 2004, while the other programs are more recent. All of the programs are led by accomplished teachers who work with LETU students year-round at research and development in the United States, for eventual field testing abroad in developing nations. All of the programs are designed to improve the quality of life for peoples of developing nations, as well as creating unique learning opportunities for students at LeTourneau University.
